Payment Information:
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also accept debit cards from Flexible Spending and Health Savings (FSA or HSA) plans. Receipts are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 to the card on file.
Insurance Information:
Seasons Acupuncture is contracted as an "in-network provider" with the following plans:
Kaiser, Regence, Aetna, Humana, Optum, United Health, Premera
Unfortunately, not all insurance plans come with acupuncture benefits. Additionally, if your plan has acupuncture benefits, you may have a deductible to meet. Please contact your health insurance plan to verify coverage BEFORE your first visit. Thank you.
