Payment Information:
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We also accept debit cards from Flexible Spending and Health Savings (FSA or HSA) plans. Receipts are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 to the card on file.

Seasons Acupuncture is contracted as an "in-network provider" with the following plans:

Unfortunately, not all insurance plans come with acupuncture benefits. Additionally, if your plan has acupuncture benefits, you may have a deductible to meet. Please contact your health insurance plan to verify coverage BEFORE your first visit. Thank you.
Out of Network Claims
In case we are not included in your insurance provider's network, you may want to check if your insurance plan covers out-of-network acupuncture services. We will be glad to assist you in obtaining a super bill, which is a medical receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Questions to ask your insurance plan about acupuncture benefits:
- Does the plan cover acupuncture for an out-of-network provider?
- How much is the out-of-network deductible?
- How much is the out-of-network co-pay?
- How many acupuncture visits are covered each year? Is acupuncture combined with other services, such as chiropractic?
- When does the plan year start?
Reimbursement made easy
At our clinic, we use Reimbursify, an app that assists patients in submitting out-of-network (OON) insurance claims. This app is designed to notify you when your insurance provider receives the claim and when you can expect to receive your reimbursement check (typically within 2-4 weeks).
