About

Eun Choe, DAc, LAc, AEMP, RN
Founder of Seasons Acupuncture

Dr. Eun Choe, a licensed acupuncturist and registered nurse in the state of Washington, has pursued health knowledge and healing since 2008, beginning in the nursing field. For over 17 years, she has cared for a diverse population of patients with both acute and chronic illnesses. Her patients have been her most influential teachers, guiding her to discover the depth and power of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Dr. Choe’s approach is centered on restoring function and helping patients return to their daily lives as quickly as possible. She combines her extensive background in nursing with specialized training in orthopedic and sports acupuncture, drawing from the Acupuncture Sports Medicine Apprenticeship with Whitfield Reaves and ongoing post-graduate orthopedic studies. She focuses on treating musculoskeletal pain and sports-related injuries, integrating precise assessment and treatment to address the root cause of dysfunction.

Beyond her orthopedic and sports focus, Dr. Choe is also deeply committed to supporting individuals living with cancer and chronic illnesses. She provides customized treatments to alleviate pain, improve energy, reduce side effects, and enhance quality of life. She also treats a wide range of health concerns, including digestive issues, mental and emotional well-being, women’s health, and long-term preventive care.

In TCM, the seasons are seen as an essential part of health. Each season corresponds to specific organs and elements, which can influence both physical and emotional balance. Dr. Choe views each person as living in their “own season,” shaped by their constitution and life journey. By understanding this unique “season,” she tailors her treatments and lifestyle recommendations to create individualized healing plans.

Her ultimate goal is to provide safe, non-pharmaceutical, and non-invasive healing modalities that draw from both her Western medical background and her TCM training. Dr. Choe also carries forward a rich family legacy: her grandfather was a respected East Asian Medicine practitioner in South Korea, who served his community for over 50 years.

She looks forward to working with you to address your health concerns, restore balance, and support your healing journey.
